The MCRA conference will be breaking off from the bigger group this year. Their conference will be in-person October 29 - 31, 2025, in St. Cloud. The theme this year is: “Facing the Future Together.”  More information on pricing and registration to follow.

The Minnesota Family Support and Recovery Council (MFSRC) is an association of child support and collection professionals.

The mission of the Minnesota Family Support and Recovery Council (MFSRC) is to promote the financial wellbeing of children and families, and support governmental accountability in Minnesota through training, legislative advocacy and strong partnerships with state and national stakeholders.

MFSRC provides training to child support staff, attorneys and legal staff, collection workers and others working in the support area.

An annual training conference is held each fall and is a working conference with training held on current issues including legislative updates, case law, program administration, job skill enhancement, and computer skills.
