MFSRC AWARDS PROGRAM

MFSRC has an active award program that recognizes those individuals, organizations and counties that have made outstanding contributions to MFSRC or Minnesota's child support and collections program.

Each year we review nominations of individuals and groups in five categories:

  • Outstanding Program Achievement

  • Outstanding Individual Achievement

  • Program Awareness

  • Outstanding Customer Service

  • Honorary Life Member

There are great success stories waiting to be told and wonderful accomplishments that deserve statewide recognition! Congratulations to the 2009 award winners.  As the date of the 2010 conference approaches the awards committee will be asking for your submissions.

The award nomination form is now a fillable MS Word document.  To use this document do the following:
  • Right click on the document.
  • Choose save target as .....
  • Save the document somewhere on your hard drive.
  • Complete the document.
  • Save the document with a new name by clicking on "save as".
  • E-mail the document as an attachment to richard.thielman@co.ramsey.mn.us
